Holy Shit... Its been too long

Whats up!? its been about 7 months since ive been on this bad boy.
I feel so bad for neglecting it :/ its my way of venting and what not.

So this is whats been up since the last time i posted.

Played with my old friends from The Critically Acclaimed over the summer.
It was a fun run, recorded an ep with them, did a mini tour called the
"We're to poor to really tour; Mini-Tour"


I'm back at UTSA for my sophomore year of college.

Grew out my hair and got a lip piercing. for example


I'm at a new job and everything.

dating is... well thats a whole other story.

so sorry ive been gone. soooo much has happened these last two weeks.


So ive been working like crazy, got booked to do about 4 gigs this weekend,
Found out i might have a chance to get lots of private students :D
Finally finished playing an opera for the first time


Its all so crazy.

Fall out boy next saturday in houston. cant wait to rip it up :D

SXSW 09 And other things

So its been about 3 weeks since i last updated this thing so i decided to finally write.

This whole week was epic concert week

Monday we went to go see ENTER SHIKARI play at Rock Bottom in San Antonio at the Big Spill fest/spin off of sxsw which was epic (see photo)

Then on Thursday, me, my rooommate matt and Nikolia went to austin for sxsw to go see The Devil Wears Prada, A Day to Remember, Enter Shikari, Alesana, A Skylit Drive. that was awesome as well

And for friday me and my sister went back to go see VersaEmerge. Caught their set. It was nuts i think im in love again :]

 

So yeah epic week.

I just got back from Club Rio. Lots of dancing and sweating and Thunderclapping.

Imma hit the hay, but leave some feed back :D

Dogs can grow beards all over...

So tonight, i ended up going to PSJA North for the Benefit show for Sarah.

Night started out with seeing everyone i hadnt seen in months which was awesome

Then Dream January started the show, always fun and original check them out on myspace.

Then edgars solo project came on and played some Nevershoutnever! got the kids going.

And then the other half of your heart played which is a good change from the metal scene,

when all of a sudden they needed a second guitar player to help them play some The Devil

Wears Prada cover. so i jumped on stage and helped out :D

yata, yata, yata some other bands played. Then my boys from guncide played which was epic

The critically acclaimed played, missed those guys

and THY HOLY MARTYR played and tore it up

all in all good fun :D

I swear its like ever time i come back home to the valley something goes wrong.

but whatever im leaving friday back home to s.a.

First of many

So this is my first blog of many to go about...

So got back in the valley today after a grueling 6 hour trip from San Antonio to Pharr.

Feels kinda nice to be back in the old house. Same familiar floors, walls, smells.

Didnt really do much today but sit around and watch movies.

(P.s.- I highly recommend sexdrive, go pick it up and get an endless amount of laughs out of it. And if you're a comic nerd like me, go to barnes and noble and pick up the ^ batman R.I.P. deluxe edition. its amazing.)
